These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GSCF SMS Gateway service ("Service") provided by GSCF ("we", "us", "our") at sms.gscf.online. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and PIN. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access via @GSCFmanagerbot.
Anti-Spam Policy: You are strictly prohibited from using this Service to send unsolicited SMS messages (spam). All recipients of your campaigns must have explicitly consented to receive SMS communications from you.
You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country and the countries of your recipients. GSCF bears no liability for your campaign content, recipient lists or any consequences of your SMS activity.
eSIMs ordered through GSCF are for lawful personal and business use only. Resale of eSIMs without prior written authorisation from GSCF is prohibited. eSIMs must be used in compliance with the terms of the underlying carrier.
All paid services (eSIM plans, managed SMS blasting) are priced in US Dollars and payable in cryptocurrency. Payments are final and non-refundable once the eSIM QR code has been delivered or the SMS campaign has been processed. In the event of a service delivery failure on our part, we will provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, maintenance or outages.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via @GSCFmanagerbot.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GSCF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold GSCF harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
